A trial of the software can be conducted in your own SAP Business Suite ERP or S/4HANA system. The remQ team will support you during the 2 week trial:
(i) Define trial scope and what targets should be achieved: e.g. automate some of the controls that you already conduct manually, or verify some of the remQ delivered controls give results as expected.
(ii) Contact your SAP basis team and agree on a test system and timeline: the software can be installed in a test or quality assurance system that has a copy of the production data (often test systems are created as a system copy of the production system). Tasks for the SAP basis team will be importing the transport file that we provide, and assigning SAP authorization roles to the test users, e.g. by using the template roles that we ship.

(iii) Schedule a 2 hour meeting with our customer success team for a short training session and help with verifying the setup of the controls that you want to test. After this meeting you will have some first results, and you will be able to use the tool during the evaluation phase, i.e. adapt parameters, create new rules, and run checks and verify results.
(iv) Review and discuss results and decide whether targets set in step (i) have been achieved.
