In transaction /rem/admin, tab Settings, you can download/upload remQ configurations.
Note that only saved configuration versions will be downloaded. That means you have used the Save Configuration function and create a named configuration variant – the actual configuration displayed in /REM/ADMIN is not saved automatically.
Limitation: this will only download data from the Parameters tab in /REM/ADMIN.
It does not download Exceptions or Auto-Reaction Methods.
