SO WHAT'S THE JOB?

As an Account Manager USA, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base of large US-based enterprises. You will be a trusted advisor for our existing and future customers, helping them save costs and time by improving their SAP license and authorization management.

You will be part of the first wave of pioneers who are trusted to build our Americas Sales and Delivery Center. Our Lead Generation and Solution Delivery Team will support you. You will have access to our tools, processes, and playbooks to structure your workload flexibly. We are looking for someone creative, collaborative, and willing to work with colleagues and clients worldwide. You will be joining an agile, start­up, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.

WHAT ARE MY ACTUAL TASKS?

  • Maximize coverage within the target region and penetrate target accounts with fitting VOQUZ products and services.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners/consultants/distributors and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts and initiate multi-channel phone, e-mail, and social media contact with potential prospects to begin the sales process.
  • Demonstrate customer focus, friendly attitude, and practical ability to put yourself into the mindset of VOQUZ client or partner.

WHAT SKILLS SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B IT Software & Solutions Sales – BONUS: you previously worked for an American or multi-national organization in the US.
  • You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in leading negotiations in English
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working in a sales setting with American clients
  • You have a desire and demonstrated ability to work independently and be results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a proactive and motivated self-starter who speaks up when you see an opportunity to improve things for the team.
  • You are disciplined, reliable, and able to concentrate on delivering your targets.
  • You’re equal parts efficient communicator, likable influencer, trustworthy persuader, and convincing negotiator.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
